- Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Salary up to $4,000
- Senior Quantity Surveyor (Senior QS) – Salary up to $6,000
- Electrical Projects – Central/East region
- Interior Fit-Out Projects – West region
- Prepare cost estimates, budgeting, and tender submissions
- Manage project costing, claims, and variation orders
- Monitor project progress and control project costs
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Prepare contract documents and support project administration
- Ensure timely project billing and final account settlement
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field
- Relevant experience in Electrical or Interior Fit-Out projects
- Good understanding of contracts, costing, and tender processes
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
