Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Define and drive the business strategy and roadmap for your respective strategic domain.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project/product deliverables are on track, providing support where needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Presales, Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance.
- Participate in hiring process to build a high-performing engineering team and focus on the retention and development of existing team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans for engineers.
Requirements:
- At least 4 – 5 years’ Project Manager experience, leading a team of engineers
- Experience with government projects will be an added advantage
- Proficient with software development frameworks and software governance practices
- Degree in any discipline, PMP certification will be a strong advantage
