Strategic Planning Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join a Strategic Planning team within a leading public sector organisation.

This role sits at the centre of long-term strategy development, supporting national-level digital transformation efforts.

The Job:

• Develop long-term strategies to support digital transformation priorities
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps across multiple teams
• Identify and assess emerging opportunities in technology and industry trends
• Conduct research and synthesis of policy, market, and regulatory developments
• Support evidence-based planning and decision-making through data and insights
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across government and external organisations
• Track programme outcomes and recommend adjustments to strategic direction where needed
• Support resource planning and alignment of strategic initiatives

The Talent:

• At least 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, policy, or related fields
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex problems
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and presenting recommendations clearly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Public sector experience is a plus but not required
