Site engineer (construction)

To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work;

• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards;
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries;
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers;
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule;
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings;
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers;
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship;
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly;
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
