Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement secure, high-performance banking applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and business analysts, to deliver innovative digital banking solutions.
• Ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices in software development.
• Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and security.
• Maintain and enhance existing digital banking systems, ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in fintech and software engineering.
• Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprints and contributing to continuous integration and deployment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity standards in all software development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably within fintech or banking environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or Go.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of API development, databases, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with security protocols, encryption, and compliance standards in digital banking.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
