Position: Assistant Operations Manager
- Location: Bedok North
- Working Hours: 5.5 day work week (Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm, Saturday: 9am - 1pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 + Staff Meals + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Food & Beverage
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing overall daily operations of F&B outlets
- Oversee outlet manpower and provide support when necessary
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met at all times
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Control costs and maintain healthy profit margins
- Develop strategies to improve sales and the working environment
- Work closely with HR on recruitment and HR matters
- Coordinate with the Marketing Executive on promotional campaigns
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Requires prior experience in F&B operations management is preferred
- Possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Required to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
