Sales Operations Management Coordinator
About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Operations Management Coordinator to join our team at Serta International Pte Ltd in the Tuas West Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the overall sales operations within our retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and related documentation accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order processing, delivery schedules, product enquiries, and follow-up matters.
- Monitor and track sales orders, pending deliveries, and outstanding issues to ensure timely completion.
- Liaise closely with internal departments including operations, warehouse, procurement, and finance to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, inventory records, and other operational data within the system.
- Conduct quality and quantity checks for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Assist in stock counts and inventory audits.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding products, orders, and delivery arrangements.
