The Client Solutions Specialist/Assistant Manager is a high-performing hunter role focused on driving B2B and B2C revenue growth for ISCA Academy through the sales of training programs. Your primary role is to acquire new business and expand our market footprint.

Strong account management skills are essential to build sustainable relationships/partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of ISCA Academy’s training programs to both corporate and individual clients.
  • Drive subscription growth for our digital learning platforms.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via market research, cold outreach, marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
  • Generate high-quality leads through networking, referrals, and web queries, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Build and manage client relationships, offering sound training solutions to meet their needs.
  • Represent ISCA Academy at events, roadshows, and exhibitions to increase brand visibility and generate quality leads.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies and provide quality insights into customer needs.
  • Provide regular performance updates to management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. While education sales experience is a plus, we welcome sales-driven candidates from any sector who have the grit to hunt for new business and want to transition into this industry.
  • The “Hunter” Mindset: A proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and remain resilient in achieving sales goals.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for high-level pitching and building sustainable business relationships.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with training and development trends, corporate client needs, and competitor offerings.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong project management ability to manage CRM leads and prioritize multiple high-value sales activities simultaneously.
