About the role
TARANISKIDS PTE. LTD is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and administrative support to our growing business in the Raffles Place Central Region. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing- The products in our store are children's shoes under the brand name of Taranis
- Handling customer inquiries, orders and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Deliver professional and friendly service, drive sales through product expertise and styling advice.Proactively identify customer needs, recommend suitable products to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, conduct stock replenishment and inventory checks. Support daily operations including POS transactions, order processing and VIP registration.
- Collect customer feedback to improve service and product strategies. Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and attend training sessions.
What we're looking for
Basic conditions:
- FFluent in English & Mandarin (to serve Chinese-speaking clients), additional languages preferred.
Core conditions:
- Passion for retail, excellent communication skills and resilience.
- Well-groomed, approachable, able to thrive in fast-paced environment.
- Singaporean/PR or valid work pass (EP/SPass) required.
