Job Scope:

Handle registration, admission and discharge process
Assist to provide accurate information to patient and handle complaints
Process billings enquiries and collect payments
Assist doctor and nurse in the treatment room
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Minimum GCE O / A level
Good Communication skills
