Production supervisor

Responsible for:

• Achieving shift production output
• Controlling manpower, attendance, overtime, and deployment
• Monitoring line performance, downtime, defects, and productivity
• Coordinating with QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, Planning, and Engineering
• Ensuring operators follow SOPs, work instructions, safety rules, and quality controls
• Reviewing production records
• Handling escalations from Line Leaders
• Supporting root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Reporting daily production status to Production Manager
• Starting up the line according to the production plan
• Assigning operators to workstations
• Ensuring operators follow the correct work instruction
• Monitoring hourly output
• Checking basic 5S, safety, labeling, and product identification
• Separating rejected or suspicious products
• Supporting new operator training
• Reporting machine, quality, material, or manpower issues to the Production Supervisor
• Ensuring production forms are filled in properly at line level

Education/Experience and Qualifications:

• Diploma or certificate in technical field or equivalent work experience, with 2-3yrs lead or supervisory experience in a production environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate leadership capabilities and possess the ability to lead a team of product builders
• Computer literacy required. Familiar with Microsoft office
