Senior Content Marketing Specialist (Hands On, Content Writer, Marketing) - Geylang

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish original content for posts, stories, and short videos tailored to various social media channels.
• Manage multiple social media accounts, ensuring a consistent content schedule and cohesive brand presence.
• Develop and execute fan growth strategies, including interactive activities and engagement initiatives to increase followers.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights to optimize content reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce multimedia content aligned with brand campaigns.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new content opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions with engaging copy and digital assets.
• Prepare regular reports on content performance and recommend optimization strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital communications.
• Excellent copywriting skills, with a deep understanding of social media tone, style, and audience engagement.
• Proficient with major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, and Weibo, and knowledgeable about platform algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with basic image and video editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Premiere.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, and creative storytelling.
