We are looking for a strong BA/PM that can manage this transformation across facets like – Requirement Analysis for multiple applications, Systems implementation (Integration, Development and Testing), Process Migration, RACI definition and Aftercare.

• Overall IT BA/PM for the program.
• IT Delivery leader for the program - Working with Operations, Finance and Technology stakeholders for the target architecture implementation
• Prepare, maintain and manage project plan, delivery coordination and governance
• Perform end-to-end tests, plan and coordinate UAT, change management and go live support.
• Functional expert on the domain performing study/ analysis on multiple application output and integration feasibility
• Coordinating with other IT teams, front office, operations and finance stakeholders to ensure onboarding, capacity planning and securing the deliveries
• Stakeholder management, running program governances, Steering committees, regular operational and working committees

• BA/PM with strong functional knowledge and experience in CIB products , Corporate loans and transactional regulatory reporting.
• Experience in implementing front to back IT transformation projects.
• Mandatory Functional experience and understanding of Trade life cycle
• Strong PM experience in driving front to back and transversal topics
