Responsible for leading the branch's accounting function and ensuring accurate financial reporting in compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal policies/procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee all accounting operations of the branch, including general ledger and financial reporting.
Supervise settlement operations of Treasury transactions.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently and accurately.
Supervise financial statements compilation, regulatory reporting, tax filings, statutory filings, and head office reporting, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
Manage financial reports as required by the head office.
Develop and review branch accounting policies and procedures to ensure continued alignment with applicable legislative and regulatory changes.
Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting processes to safeguard accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate and communicate all accounting matters with the head office in Taiwan.
Ensure timely submission of all required reports and filings to relevant authorities.
