About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable HR Specialist to support our HR operations, with a particular focus on ensuring compliance with Singapore’s labour regulations. This role combines hands-on execution of HR processes with cross-border coordination in a fast-paced Web3 environment.You’ll play a key role in managing employee records, contracts, payroll coordination, and supporting the full employee lifecycle for our Singapore and remote teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day HR operations for Singapore employees, including onboarding, offboarding, contract issuance, and employee record keeping
- Draft and issue employment documents (contracts, amendments, warning letters, etc.) in compliance with Singapore Employment Act
- Ensure HR policies and internal practices meet MOM regulations, including CPF contributions, statutory leave, and working hour requirements
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with finance and/or vendors; ensure accuracy of CPF, IR8A, and other local filings
- Maintain up-to-date employee information and documents in HRIS and internal databases
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from Singapore-based and remote employees
- Support performance appraisal processes, probation tracking, and internal communication of HR policies
- Collaborate with global HR team members on company-wide HR initiatives and compliance matters
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles
- Strong understanding of Singapore Labour Law, including CPF, statutory benefits, and contract compliance
- Familiarity with payroll processes and coordination with internal/external providers
- Proficient in digital tools and HRIS platforms
- Able to work independently, handle confidential matters, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in tech, Web3, or early-stage/startup environments
- Familiarity with HR practices across Southeast Asia or other regions
