About Us:

We are a growing tuition centre in Tampines offering structured academic support through small group classes, student care support, and subject-focused teaching. We are looking for committed and passionate full-time teachers to join our team and help students grow in confidence and results.

We are currently hiring for these 5 full-time roles:

Full-Time Secondary Teacher
Full-Time Primary Teacher
Full-Time Student Care Teacher
Full-Time Chinese Teacher
Full-Time Math Teacher

Available Positions:

Full-Time Secondary Teacher
Level to Teach: Secondary
Subjects: English / Math / Science / Chinese
Location: Tampines

Role Scope: Teach secondary students in small group classes

Guide students in homework, revision, and exam preparation

Track student progress and provide support where needed

Full-Time Primary Teacher
Level to Teach: Primary
Subjects: English / Math / Science / Chinese
Location: Tampines

Role Scope: Teach primary students in small group classes

Build strong foundational understanding and confidence

Support students in schoolwork and assessments

Full-Time Student Care Teacher
Level to Teach: Primary / Lower Secondary
Subjects: General homework guidance and subject support
Location: Tampines

Role Scope: Supervise and guide students in daily homework and revision

Maintain a structured and caring environment

Support classroom discipline, routines, and student development

Full-Time Chinese Teacher
Level to Teach: Primary / Secondary
Subject: Chinese
Location: Tampines

Role Scope: Teach Chinese in small group classes or assigned support sessions

Help students improve in comprehension, composition, oral, and exam skills

Plan lessons and monitor progress

Full-Time Math Teacher
Level to Teach: Primary / Secondary
Subject: Math
Location: Tampines

Role Scope: Teach Math in small group classes or assigned support sessions

Strengthen student understanding in concepts, problem-solving, and exam techniques

Track performance and support improvement

⏰ Work Timing: Weekdays: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Weekends: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Days:

5 days a week

Typically 4 weekdays + 1 weekend

Commitment Period: Minimum commitment till the end of the academic year

Long-term candidates preferred

Salary & Compensation:

Full-Time Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications

Full-Time Secondary Teacher ($2700 - $3500)
Full-Time Primary Teacher ($2300 - $3200)
Full-Time Student Care Teacher ($2200 - $3000)
Full-Time Chinese Teacher ($2200 - $3000)
Full-Time Math Teacher ($2500 - $3500)

Performance and progression opportunities available for suitable candidates

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: At least 5 GCE O-Level credits / Diploma / A-Levels / Degree holders welcome

Experience: Preferably at least 1 year of teaching experience

Fresh graduates with strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching are strongly preferred

Commitment: Must be able to commit full-time and maintain consistency for assigned classes

Able to manage small group classes confidently
Strong communication and explanation skills
Comfortable teaching in a structured tuition centre environment

Candidates who can teach Chinese and/or Math will be especially welcomed
