The Recruitment Coordinator partners with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, to ensure a smooth process through the hiring pipeline. The team coordinates hundreds of candidates a week, to put them through pre-vetting checks, manage interviewer rosters, schedule interviews, collect feedback, and help ensure offers and onboarding processes are actioned with precision.
In addition oversee the Interview Coordination and onboarding processes. The incumbent will manage the full lifecycle of new hire integration—from interview scheduling to Day 1 readiness
Key Responsibilities- Own and execute the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely and accurate setup across systems and platforms.
- Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels—often managing high volumes and tight timelines.
- Liaise with HR, IT, and hiring managers to confirm onboarding timelines, role-specific requirements, and compliance checkpoints.
- Manage logistics for Day 1 readiness, including system access provisioning, equipment allocation, workspace setup, and documentation flow.
- Maintain meticulous records of onboarding and interview progress, proactively flagging delays or discrepancies.
- Ensure all onboarding actions meet internal audit and regulatory standards, with a strong focus on data integrity and confidentiality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and interview-related queries from internal stakeholders and new hires.
- Handle high volumes of transactions and multiple concurrent recruitment and onboarding cases with precision and professionalism.
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a strong focus on onboarding, HR operations, or recruitment coordination.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and onboarding workflows, ideally within financial institutions or similarly regulated environments.
- High attention to detail, process discipline, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing interview logistics and stakeholder communications across multiple time zones is a plus.
- This is a 6 month renewable contract role
