Looking for Locum / Part Time staff nurse #HGAT - Toa Payoh

• Implement nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan and carry out nursing procedures according to the care needs of the client;
• Provide training and supervision to care staff;
• Co-ordinate with other team members and update them on the changes in the client's condition and needs;
• Prepare clinical documentation, monitor outcomes of services, and performescalation of cases if there is a need for more acute management of clients;
• Provide ongoing support and education to the caregiver, client, and family;
• Carry out other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time, including coverage of other Staff Nurse in other Senior Care facilities if necessary.

Job requirements:

• Min diploma/ degree in nursing
• Preferred1-2 years experience in inpatient/home based care experience

Working hours: 2-5 days, Staggered office hours
