As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team and take our business to the next level.

• Sales & Account Management
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across both retail and corporate segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, contractors, and direct consumers.
• Handle incoming leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Client Consultation
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable flooring solutions.
• Provide product demonstrations and samples, and prepare customized quotations.
• Offer expert advice on product selection, installation requirements, and after-sales care.
• Project Coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and project execution.
• Follow up on project timelines, payments, and customer satisfaction.
• Market Development
• Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Provide feedback to management on market insights and opportunities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.

• Base salary ($2,500 - $3,000) + attractive commission structure (up to $5-8K gross per month)
