Airfreight Customer Service Executive

Job Description & Requirements
- Manage new and existing clients.
- Respond to daily customer services duties
- Manage clients' booking with airlines or coloaders
- Manage clients' logistics request and needs
- Input shipment detail and job costing into the freight systems
- Check costing and accept or dispute any vendors billing not in line with quotation.
- Maintain good customer service relationship with local and oversea clients/agents, airlines representatives and coloaders.
- Other duties as may be delegated by management from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years' of related work experience.
- Good understanding of airlines or coloaders
- Experiences with shipping procedures.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated.
- Customer oriented
- High endurance
- Able to work under pressure
- Certificate with Transport Logistics or DGR will be added advantage.
- Import/Export Documentation
