Executive, Operations (Front Desk Customer Service)
Overview of the Position:
This role supports day-to-day operational activities across office, field, and event functions to ensure smooth workflows, accurate execution, and consistent service standards within a direct selling environment. Responsibilities include front desk customer service, handling payments, managing POS transactions and reconciliations, and monitoring incoming stock to maintain inventory accuracy.
The role also involves coordinating logistics for distributor events, meetings, and activations, as well as assisting in event planning and execution from pre-event preparation through to on-site support and post-event closure. Working closely with internal teams, vendors, and field leaders, the executive ensures operational compliance with company SOPs while maintaining high service standards.
The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:
Operational Execution & Process Control- Provide front desk customer service, attending to inquiries and delivering a professional customer experience.
- Handle payments accurately.
- Manage POS transactions, perform reconciliations, and prepare closing reports.
- Monitor and handle incoming stock to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.
- Support inventory control processes, including stock allocation, order processing, vendor coordination, audits, and periodic stock counts.
- Prepare, analyze, and present operational reports, including sales performance, inventory movement, POS discrepancies, and shrinkage analysis.
- Assist in project coordination for new outlet openings, refurbishments, and visual merchandising rollouts aligned with brand standards.
- Coordinate operational execution for distributor events, incentive programs, trainings, roadshows, and corporate meetings, including setup, on-site support, and teardown.
- Manage pre-event preparations, on-site operational control, and post-event reconciliation, including POS closing and reporting.
- Perform additional operational duties as assigned to support business and field requirements.
To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in front desk customer service in handling sales transactions.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Willingness and ability to work on weekends, evenings, or outside regular working hours as required.
- Work location: Tai Seng Centre
- Working hours: Monday till Friday (10am to 7pm)
