Pasir Ris - Senior Executive, Agency Distribution Operations (Compliance Onboarding)

We’re looking for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Agency Operations – Onboarding & Fit and Proper Assessment. This is a hands-on operational role with strong exposure to MAS RNF Fit & Proper assessments, but also one that requires a process-minded individual who can identify gaps and contribute to operational improvements.

You’ll work closely with agency leaders, distribution stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure a smooth, compliant, and timely onboarding experience, as well as support day-to-day operations across internal departments.

• Perform Fit & Proper assessments under the MAS Representative Notification Framework (RNF)
• Review, evaluate, and escalate any adverse findings during candidate assessments
• Ensure documentation completeness and compliance with internal guidelines
• Liaise with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams on onboarding tasks such as:
• Missing or incorrect documents
• Agency Agreement signing
• Talent Transition Funding (TTF) offers validation
• Track and report onboarding and appointment progress to relevant stakeholders
• Support audits and assist with periodic checks:
• Quarterly enhanced monitoring
• Daily credit checks
• Annual self-declaration exercises
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to streamline onboarding workflows
• Participate in system enhancements, form/template updates, and SOP reviews
• Guide junior team members or new joiners when required

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Min 5 years of experience in agency operations, distribution support, or onboarding (insurance/financial sector preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of MAS RNF Fit & Proper requirements
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling volume
• Able to think critically and suggest process improvements
• Confident in liaising with stakeholders and managing timelines independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
