Job Purpose:
- · To support fulfillment of Production Orders and Account Maintenance/update & tagging on accounts.
- · To ensure accuracy, timeliness & completeness in terms of retrieval/information provided.
Key Accountabilities:
- To ensure that requests completed with the Bank Service Standards
- Timely escalation of any ops/system issue to Team Manager/Lead Cover
- Process fulfilment of requests through retrieval of information & updates in Bank’s operating systems within specified Service Standard, timely & accurately
- Process requests on Account Maintenance/Updates on customer’s account
- Highlight on operational issues and provide timely escalation to management
- Identify operational risks and implement measures to address/mitigate the risk
- Participate in process improvement in providing ideas/initiatives in digitization and automation
- Establish and maintain effective relationship & partnership with key internal & external stakeholders
- Work closely with various stakeholders in daily activities, understand process frictions and recommend ideas to achieve Design-For-No-Ops strategy
- Contribute to updates of Process Risk Maps & Standard Operating Procedures
- Supports ad-hoc assignments from Team Leader to improve the team’s performance
- Diploma, those without related working experience, training will be provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- High level accuracy level, well-organized
- Knowledge of the bank’s core operating systems and control standards is advantage
- Meticulous, with an eye for details, team player and can do attitude
- Good communication skills verbally and written
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8.30AM – 6PM)
- Working location: West/Gateway
- Contract Period: Sep to Dec 2025/extendable
