Our client is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

Systems Management: Take charge of our call center, PMS, online booking, and CRM systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
Business Analysis: Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
API Integration: Design and manage seamless integrations between our platforms, ensuring data flows smoothly and consistently.
CRM Management: Oversee our CRM, ensuring it's set up to maximize lead conversion and customer engagement.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with software vendors to keep our systems up-to-date and optimized.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in systems analysis and technical support.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms, API integration, and data management tools.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
