The Role

Full talent acquistions functions
  • Recruitment
  • Coordinating career fairs, manage recruitment agencies, interviews, salary proposal, ensure all information are verified and meeting statutory Compliances.
  • Creating e-pfiles for upload , including onboarding induction process.
  • Coorporate and attend Career fairs
  • Manpower planning in consultation with CEO, COO and CGOs to ensure the different functions are correctly staffed.
Other HR functions:
  • Business Partner supports: staff counselling, support in grievance and disciplinary cases,
  • Coordinates and support in all audits ensuring all HR related sections for MOH and CAP relicensing etc.

  • Staff engagement Data and analytics
  • Regular preparation of manpower reports: Monthly, Quarterly, annually (manpower, recruitment, attrition, MOM reports.

Other ad-hoc reports such as OT, leave, etc.)

Key accountabilities
  • Align to corporate HR objectives and support all HR initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, pre-screening, arranging and conducting interviews
  • Responsible for reviewing the recruitment strategy, campaigns and achieving the recruitment target and building talent pipelines
  • Active involvement in career fairs and networking sessions
  • Liaise with statutory agencies and governing body on the necessary licenses Work closely with hiring managers on their recruitment needs
  • Prepare salary proposal and obtain the required approvals Conduct references and suitability checks Update recruitment tracking reports in a timely manner
  • Continuously develop a wide talent pool of suitable candidates
  • Track and evaluate recruitment cost
  • Respond to day-to-day queries from stakeholders Provide guidance to junior team members in all recruitment aspects Reports
  • Ensuring all reports are provided accurately and timely manner
Qualifications & Experience
  • Min. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Management or related disciplines
  • Preferably 3-4 years of HR business partnering / generalist / in-house recruiter / recruiter at the recruitment agency / headhunting firm will be preferred Prior Human Resource experience in recruitment in healthcare industry will be preferred
  • Have good flare for numbers and data.
