Job Description

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety
Manage and lead warehouse staff and supervisors
Develop and enforce warehouse policies and procedures
Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct audits
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth delivery
Manage relationships with 3PL providers and vendors
Analyze KPIs and drive process improvements
Control warehouse budget and operational costs
Resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with regulations
Report warehouse performance to management

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years experience in warehouse management or logistics operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Solid knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
Experience with 3PL and vendor management
Good understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
