Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Assistant Manager to join our Country Strategy and Operation Department. This role will be instrumental in driving our global English-speaking social media and influencer marketing initiatives, while also providing crucial marketing support for our fast-growing Southeast Asian (SEA) markets.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to execute impactful campaigns that resonate with diverse international audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global English-Speaking Social Media Management:
- Develop, execute, and manage the company's social media content calendar and strategy for key platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn) primarily targeting global English-speaking audiences.
- Ensure all social media activities align seamlessly with global brand guidelines and overarching marketing objectives.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging, high-quality multimedia content (text, image, video) optimized for various platforms to resonate with target English-speaking demographics.
- Proactively monitor social media channels for emerging trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Lead community engagement efforts, including prompt responses to comments and messages, and fostering positive online interactions within English-speaking communities.
- Implement and leverage social listening tools to identify new opportunities, mitigate potential risks, and effectively manage global brand reputation.
- Global English-Speaking Influencer Marketing:
- Identify, meticulously vet, and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors primarily for global English-speaking markets.
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, encompassing brief creation, negotiation, content review, performance tracking, and comprehensive reporting.
- Ensure all influencer-generated content adheres strictly to brand messaging, quality standards, and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Efficiently manage influencer budgets and contract agreements to maximize ROI.
- Southeast Asia (SEA) Marketing Support:
- Provide direct and comprehensive support to the regional marketing team in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns tailored specifically for the diverse Southeast Asian market.
- Assist in the localization of global marketing content and campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness across various SEA countries.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis specific to the SEA region to identify new opportunities and challenges relevant to social media and influencer activations.
- Collaborate closely with local teams to understand unique market nuances and contribute to the development of region-specific marketing strategies.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all social media and influencer campaigns, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Utilize advanced social media analytics tools to generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness, audience growth, engagement rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Present findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to the marketing leadership team in a clear and compelling manner.
- Other Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall business objectives and contribute to the success of the Country Strategy and Operation Department.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media management and influencer marketing, preferably in a global or regional capacity.
- Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn) for a brand.
- Proven track record of successfully executing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian digital landscape and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
