What You'll Be Doing- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support children’s physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Observe and assess children's development, adjusting teaching methods as needed
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom culture and build strong relationships with children and families
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised learning space in line with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement
- A strong command of spoken and written English (essential)
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (recognized in Singapore)
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a childcare/preschool setting
- Warm, nurturing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organised, reliable, and passionate about working with young children
- Valid First Aid certification and Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) registration (preferred)
