Workplace Safety & Health Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified Singaporean Safety Supervisor to oversee safety operations for a sand discharging project involving lifting activities. The candidate will ensure full compliance with project authority requirements and Singapore safety regulations.

• Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all workplace safety and health (WSH) aspects on site
• Supervise lifting operations in coordination with lifting supervisor and riggers
• Ensure compliance with Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and Risk Assessments (RA)
• Implement and manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems
• Conduct and document Toolbox Meetings
• Ensure all safety documentation is properly prepared and maintained
• Liaise with project stakeholders, contractors, and authorities on safety matters
• Enforce safety rules and take corrective actions when necessar
• Requirements
• Singaporean (Mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant safety experience in construction / marine / lifting operations
• Possess valid safety certifications, including:
• Safety Supervisor certification
• WSQ Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (at least Level A)
• Safe Work Procedure (SWP)
• Risk Assessment (RA)
• Permit to Work (PTW)
• Experience in lifting operations / crane works / sand discharge projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Preferred (Advantage)
• Experience working on marine or port-related projects
• Familiar with PE endorsement processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-based environment
