Operations Executive

Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end operations for air and ocean freight shipments, including bookings, documentation, coordination with airlines/shipping lines, agents, and transporters.
- Prepare and process shipping documents such as HBL/MBL, AWB, invoices, packing lists, permits, and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate cargo movements, track shipment status, resolve operational issues, and provide timely updates to customers.
- Liaise with internal teams, overseas agents, and customers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks in a fast-growing start-up environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
- Experience in air and ocean freight operations preferred
- Familiar with freight documentation, Incoterms, and basic customs procedures.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
