About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supermarket Branch Manager to lead our Pioneer branch of CHD @ Soon Lee Pte. Ltd. in the supermarket industry. This is a full-time position based in the Pioneer West region. As the Supermarket Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and ensuring the efficient and profitable running of the store.

What you'll be doing

Manage and motivate a team of store associates to achieve sales and operational targets
Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation to maximise sales and customer satisfaction
Analyse store performance data and implement strategies to drive profitability and growth
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Foster a positive and customer-centric store culture
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to support the overall business strategy

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience as a Supermarket Branch Manager or in a similar retail leadership role
Strong understanding of store operations, inventory management, and financial management
Excellent people management and leadership skills to motivate and develop a team
Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, staff, and head office
Familiarity with retail industry regulations and compliance requirements
Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability
