Position Overview

You will play a significant public healthcare sector role as the enabler and integrator to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of cybersecurity and technology risk management policies, standards, management of controls design , control self-assessment and attestation, and deviation management in public healthcare sector.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop and contextualize cybersecurity and technology risk-related policies and continuously increasing cybersecurity maturity and capabilities through effective stakeholder management, active listening, and meeting business & policies requirements.

You will apply existing solid working experience and knowledge of continuous improvement, governance, risk management and compliance.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Be the integrator and key point of contact for cyber security and technology risk policies, standards, guidelines and control libraries development and maintenance while facilitating engagement and collaboration with various stakeholders in public healthcare sector.
Work with MOH to develop cybersecurity and technology risk regulatory policy and standard that is contextualized and operationally feasible for public healthcare entities.
  • Oversee the translation of policy and regulatory requirements into the design of required controls for Synapxe lines of businesses and the maintenance of Healthcare Control Library.
  • Design and deliver control self-assessment process to report on Synapxe compliance via attestation, deviation management and track to closure.
  • Engage and drive alignment with both Synapxe and MOHH entities' stakeholders including but not limited to CIOs, CISOs, CDOs and Synapxe senior management.
  • Facilitate roll out of campaigns on policies, control library and attestation to increase compliance and risk posture.
  • Drive cybersecurity policies and control adherence program and innovation to instill cyber risk awareness culture in making decisions.
  • Evaluate evolving risk trend, posture and changing threat landscape and take a proactive approach to ensure our policies, standards, guidelines and control libraries remain relevant and fit-for-purpose.
  • Own the development and continuously improve on the Public Healthcare cybersecurity policies socialization campaign.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and changes regulations.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with peers, stakeholders, and regulators to seamlessly integrate the policy adherence into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the sector.
  • Demonstrate your domain expertise; you are expected to further your own knowledge and improve productivity of your colleagues with activities such as creating learning content, presenting, and supporting a continuous learning culture.
  • Be an effective leader in executing strategic direction and strong team leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with over 18 years of experience.
  • Recognized industry leading certifications in relevant areas such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, CISSP, and GIAC certifications.
  • Experience in policy, standard and guideline implementation in cyber security and technology risk domain.
  • Solid technical writing and attention to details.
  • Working knowledge on well-recognized frameworks & standards such as IM8, NIST CSF, COBIT5/2019, and ISO27000 series
  • Command a good understanding and experience in cyber security, risk management, and compliance concepts and processes.
  • Ability to consult and influence stakeholders on alignment of outcomes and desired technical solutions.
  • Ability to Analyze, design, and develop a solution roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs future state.
  • Understand how internal & external business model works and facilitate active customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated Change Management capabilities.
  • Anticipate obstacles, identify workarounds, leverage resources, rally teammates.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence across all organizational levels.
  • Proven analytical and problem resolution skills.
