Job Responsibilities:
- Provide product knowledge and sales recommendations to customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction.
- Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Manage stock and oversee boutique upkeep.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including stock and traffic reports.
- Handle payments, update after-sales transactions, and follow SOPs.
Job Requirements:
- O Level & above.
- Min 3 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Experience in luxury timepieces will be an added advantage.
- Able to commit to retail hours and weekends/PH is a must.
