Service Engineer / Service Manager (UPS System)

• Service Engineer: Up to $4,000
• Service Manager: Up to $7,000
• Location : East

• Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of UPS systems
• Carry out preventive maintenance and on-site servicing
• Troubleshoot and repair UPS faults (electrical & control issues)
• Provide technical support and attend to service calls
• Prepare service reports and documentation after each job
• Service Manager – Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the service team and daily operations
• Plan maintenance schedules and ensure service KPIs are met
• Handle customer relationships, escalations, and technical consultations
• Oversee project execution, commissioning, and service quality
• Train and mentor service engineers and technicians

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field
• Experience in UPS systems or power backup solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills in electrical systems
• Knowledge of brands such as APC, Eaton, or Vertiv is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• For Manager role: Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
