Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR professional to join our team as a Project Operations HR Executive (Talent Acquisition). Reporting to the Project Operations HR Lead, you will lead recruitment efforts while supporting key HR functions such as onboarding, training coordination, and employment changes.The ideal candidate has strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes efficiently. You should be organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition (TA) efforts, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment process for project-based and operational roles.
- Support preboarding, onboarding, performance management, training coordination, employment changes, and offboarding processes for Operations units.
- Ensure timely and accurate HR updates on workforce and employee data.
- Assist employees with HR transactions such as benefits enrolment and leave management.
- Provide support and proactive follow-up on HR programs and processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations in Singapore.
- Collaborate with Corporate HR and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to HR service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of HR shared services back-office operations.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for effective simplification of HR processes.
Required Education and Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, recruitment strategies, and HR best practices.
- Experience in sourcing and hiring talent for operational, project-based, or high-volume roles.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
