About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Consultant at Shakura Pigmentation Beauty Pte Ltd, a leading provider of beauty services . In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.
What you'll be doing- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information about our services, products, and policies
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and find effective resolutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Identify upselling opportunities and provide recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with the beauty industry and products is preferred
