Position: General Insurance Account Servicing / Customer Service
- Location: Chinatown (About 8 minutes’ walk from MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days, office hours - 1 day WFH per week
- Salary: Up to S$5,000, commensurate with experience

Important Notes:
- This is not an Insurance Agent role
- This is an Account Servicing / Customer Service position within an insurance solutions company
- No sales target
- Ex-Insurance Agents are welcome to apply
- Established company in Singapore with a strong client base
- Company handles mainly office and motor insurance
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage, service, and develop an assigned insurance portfolio
- Provide strong administrative and customer service support to clients for general insurance products
- Build value-added relationships with clients and leads, and serve as a trusted advisor
- Participate in discussions to improve company processes and product offerings
- Provide support for other day-to-day administrative and operational duties when required
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O-Level
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the insurance industry
- Certificate of General Insurance (CGI) / Certification on Health Insurance is required
- Candidates without the certification must be willing to take the exam
- Exam fees will be fully sponsored by the company
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients who communicate primarily in Mandarin
