As an Operations Director (Nursing Home), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead and oversee the overall operations, strategy, and transformation of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and financial sustainability.
• Drive person-centred care, operational excellence, and continuous quality improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and enhance organisational reputation to support growth.
• Oversee core functions including finance, admissions, billing, resident care, and records management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements; lead audits and business continuity planning.
• Optimise processes and adopt technology to improve efficiency and care quality.
• Lead, develop, and retain staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and ongoing training.
• Champion data-driven quality improvement, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor resident needs and continuously enhance care programmes and service standards.
• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and drive cost efficiency and revenue growth.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior leadership and governing bodies.
• Use data insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any field of studies.
• At least 3 years of leadership experiences in the healthcare or community industry.
