Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive support to corporate clients, managing their orders and service requests end-to-end
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including quotation requests, service assistance, and document submissions
• Accurately prepare and submit quotations and required documentation within specified deadlines
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding order progress and delivery timelines
• Maintain and update spare parts pricing lists for customer reference
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders
• Assist in preparing documentation for customs clearance and addressing customer-related queries
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and support the implementation of effective solutions

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant customer service experience is an advantage.
