Production Planner (MNC/ Perm) - Tampines

Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Head of Supply Chain
• Ensure that the customer repairs are properly scheduled and validated in line with the customers’ requirements.
• Work closely with the Production team, Front Office (Sales Administration) & Procurement teams.
• Analyze the completeness and scheduling of Repair Orders (WO)
• Ensure Customers' priorities
• Ensure spare parts and labour are available
• Meet the site's production deadline objectives

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Management/ Production Management /Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience as a Planner in manufacturing or MRO industry.
• Ability to use office automation and management tools: ERP, Office suite, etc.
• Proficiency in Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables)
• Good knowledge and understanding of MRP2 principles
• Understanding of production, repair processes, and supply flows between workshops & suppliers
• Ability to work in project mode and take responsibility for a project
• Good communication and coordination skills
