- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and preparation of documents
- Provide support to the customer service team by handling inquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate with the logistics team to manage delivery schedules and shipment arrangements
- Prepare necessary documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and shipping forms
- Maintain and update inventory and order records in the system
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in report generation and upkeep of organized filing systems
- Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned
