A well-established multinational healthcare company is looking for a HR, Admin & Executive Assistant to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

Human Resources (approx. 70%):

  • Supporting full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, compensation, maintaining information in the HR systems.
  • Responsible for payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage work pass applications/renewals/cancellations.
  • Responsible for the full scope of training and development administration for employees.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement employee engagement programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.

Office Admin and EA support (approx. 30%):

  • Maintain office supplies inventory, office administration and facilities.
  • Provide admin support to Managing Director, assist in coordinating appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including hands-on payroll processing required, preferably in a multinational company environment.
  • Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to relate well with people at all levels.
  • Ability to multi-task, excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Great team player who is creative and resourceful, able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Pays attention to details and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications. Proficiency in EasyPay Enterprise and Workday will be a bonus.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
