We are looking for a HR professional (Compensation & Benefits) for an MNC client in the Manufacturing industry.

This position will be responsible for managing and executing various C&B functions and supporting the performance management framework.
  • Manage and oversee the annual performance management cycle, including training supervisors and managers on performance appraisal processes.
  • Administer and support compensation reviews such as salary adjustments, promotions, and bonus payouts.
  • Assist in salary structure reviews, job evaluations, and revision of job bandings.
  • Draft, update, and communicate compensation and benefits policies clearly and effectively.
  • Administer staff benefits and welfare programs, including CSR, wellness, and engagement initiatives.
  • Perform C&B analytics and reporting using HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on payroll, incentives, and insurance-related matters.
  • Drive HRIS enhancements and process automation for continuous improvement.
  • Support other HR initiatives and cross-functional projects as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant Compensation & Benefits experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
