Looking for a HR Admin Manager (C&B) for an MNC Manufacturing company.

We are looking for a HR professional (Compensation & Benefits) for an MNC client in the Manufacturing industry.

This position will be responsible for managing and executing various C&B functions and supporting the performance management framework.

Manage and oversee the annual performance management cycle, including training supervisors and managers on performance appraisal processes.
Administer and support compensation reviews such as salary adjustments, promotions, and bonus payouts.
Assist in salary structure reviews, job evaluations, and revision of job bandings.
Draft, update, and communicate compensation and benefits policies clearly and effectively.
Administer staff benefits and welfare programs, including CSR, wellness, and engagement initiatives.
Perform C&B analytics and reporting using HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams on payroll, incentives, and insurance-related matters.
Drive HRIS enhancements and process automation for continuous improvement.
Support other HR initiatives and cross-functional projects as required.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of relevant Compensation & Benefits experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
