• Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing the daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and service quality.
2. Supervise and lead service and kitchen staff during daily operations.
3. Prepare staff duty rosters and manage manpower scheduling efficiently.
4. Monitor employee performance, attendance, discipline, and grooming standards.
5. Conduct on-the-job training and guide staff to meet company service standards.
6. Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
7. Ensure outlet cleanliness, food hygiene, and workplace safety compliance according to NEA requirements.
8. Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, and minimize operational wastage.
9. Prepare operational reports, sales reports, and other administrative documentation.
10. Support management in achieving sales targets, operational KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
