Bedok - Senior Business Analyst/ Business System Analyst - Banking

Stellar Link Partners is working with a reputable client to hire a Senior Business Analyst / Business System Analyst for a large-scale banking project.

• Analyze and improve banking workflows and systems.
• Gather and document business needs while evaluating the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation including process maps, system architecture, and user flows.
• Collaborate with regional teams across Singapore and other APAC countries.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
• Track progress and risks within your project area and ensure timely communication to all stakeholders.
• Contribute across the full system development lifecycle—from planning and design to testing and go-live support.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, ideally within the banking or finance sector.
• Minimum 5 years of involvement in system design and analysis, including preparing technical documentation and solution specifications.
• Strong banking functional domain knowledge in FX, Payments & Settlement, Treasury & Capital Market, etc
• Proficiency in business process modeling, system flow diagrams, and related analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) with a keen ability to present ideas clearly.
