We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join Vulcan Shield Global as a Executive Director for Alumina Continuous Fibre Products. The Executive Director is responsible for strategic direction, overall management, and ensuring the organization's mission is achieved.

He/She would often work closely with a board of directors, supervise senior staff, and make key decisions about the organization's operations, finances, programs, managing all aspects of business development and investment functions related to alumina continuous fibre products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:Developing and implementing the organization's strategic plan, vision, and goals in collaboration with the board of directors.
  • Management and Operations:Overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations, including financial management, fundraising, program development, and human resources.
  • Team Leadership:Building, developing, and managing a high-performing team of employees, ensuring they are aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Fundraising and Development:Leading efforts to secure financial support from various sources, including foundations, corporations, individual donors, and government agencies.
  • Communication and Engagement:Serving as the primary spokesperson for the organization, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including the board, donors, and the community.
  • Compliance and Legal:Ensuring the organization operates in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Reporting and Accountability:Reporting on the organization's performance and progress to the board of directors and other stakeholders.
  • Financial Management:Overseeing the organization's budget, financial planning, and accounting practices.
  • Program Development and Evaluation:Designing, implementing, and evaluating programs to meet the organization's goals and objectives.
