About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to lead our tax planning, compliance, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review tax computations, filings, and GST submissions in compliance with regulations
Oversee all aspects of corporate tax planning, reporting, compliance and relevant jurisdictions
Manage tax audits, liaise with auditors and tax authorities, and provide timely responses to queries or disputes
Provide tax advisory support for business initiatives, including transactions and cross-border activities
Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance and Legal on tax-related matters
Develop and maintain internal controls and documentation to support tax positions and mitigate risks

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; professional qualifications preferred (e.g., CPA, SCTP).
At least 5 years’ experience in the area of corporate taxation
Strong technical expertise in Singapore regulations and international standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
