About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Machine Maintenance Technician with a strong background in CNC turning and milling machines to support our oil & gas manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, precision, and efficiency of our machining equipment used in the production of high-spec components.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC turning and milling machines
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
Diagnose faults in CNC systems, including drives, motors, and control units
Minimize machine downtime through fast and effective problem-solving
Conduct routine inspections, calibration, and alignment of machinery
Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and spare parts inventory
Support machine installation, commissioning, and upgrades
Work closely with production and engineering teams to optimize machine performance
Ensure compliance with safety standards and oil & gas industry regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience maintaining CNC machines (turning & milling)
Strong knowledge of CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, or equivalent)
Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision machining equipment
Ability to read technical drawings, electrical schematics, and machine manuals
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Immediate respond to emergency breakdowns
