About the Company
Our client operates within the materials testing and geotechnical services industry, supporting major infrastructure and construction projects across Singapore. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a Geotechnical Data & Field Engineer to support both site operations and office-based technical analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct soil investigation activities including borehole drilling, soil/rock logging, and sampling
- Perform in-situ testing (e.g. PMT, VST, PKT) while ensuring compliance with site safety procedures
- Analyze borehole logs, soil data, and assist in preparing geotechnical interpretive reports
- Coordinate between field and office teams to verify data accuracy and reporting timelines
- Liaise with clients on project updates, proposal inputs, and technical queries
- Degree in Geology or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in site investigation or geotechnical work
- Familiarity with geotechnical testing methods and soil sampling procedures
- Strong technical writing and data interpretation skills (for office-based tasks)
- Physically fit and comfortable with field-based assignments (for site-based tasks)
