Spa Receptionist | Luxury Hotel?

Location: Orchard area

Full-Time | Shift Work | Includes Weekends & Public Holidays

Responsibilities:

Answer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally, providing courteous responses
Manage common and personal email communications efficiently
Maintain thorough knowledge of all spa treatments and facilities to accurately inform guests
Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet and exceed guest expectations
Achieve or surpass spa booking quotas and promote spa offers effectively
Work independently, making guest-focused decisions without direct supervision
Perform other duties as assigned by Spa & Leisure Services Management

Requirements:

Proficient in written and spoken English
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a hotel, salon, or spa environment
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
